The “National Low-Carbon Strategy” sets the French government, local authorities, businesses and citizens a shared objective of carbon neutrality by 2050.

With an objective of reducing carbon weight by 49% by 2030 and complete decarbonation by 2050, the building sector, which accounts for nearly 30% of carbon emissions in France, plays a decisive role in this strategy.


Implementation of the RE2020, anti-waste law for a circular economy, massification of energy renovation, eco-design, decarbonation and industrialization of the construction sector, new green jobs, …, the new regulatory constraints are also opportunities to be seized by all stakeholders.

Local authorities and stakeholders in construction, real estate, energy and environmental or digital services are thus called on to mobilize immediately to meet these challenges that set new competitiveness criteria.

“Low-Carbon World” aims to be a showcase and a catalyst for low-carbon transition by bringing together all stakeholders, by promoting already available solutions and exemplary approaches and by stimulating innovation and new projects.

“Low-Carbon World” will be held in parallel to BIM World, the leading European event focusing on the digital transformation of the construction, real estate and urban development markets.

The two events cover a broad range of projects and innovations at the heart of the digital and environmental transition.
