Building as a Service

Thanks to digital technologies and data mining, it is now possible to optimize the operation of a building and create new uses.

The implementation of BIM-Operation and BIM-Management, which bring the digital model to life at the same time as the exploitation of the IoT and the data from Smart Buildings, makes it possible to gradually build up a digital twin.

Digital twins, BOS (Building Operating System), data platforms, … constitute the new digital environment around more flexible buildings and therefore more services.

In the context of the 2020 BR, the use of new technologies in the operation phase of buildings is set to increase in order to better measure and manage energy consumption.

The BIM World Exhibition and Congress presents the state of the art of the convergence of all these technologies through demonstrations, realizations and use cases
